Ingredients
1 kg Potato(boiled)
6 nos. Lentil Wafers(Lijjat brand)
Garlic to taste(chopped)
Ginger to taste(chopped)
Green Chilies to taste(chopped)
2 tbsps. Lime juice
1 tbsp. Black Pepper(powder)
1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste

Directions
- Mash Boiled Potatoes.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Soak the papad in little water.
- Fill the mixture in to the papad and make the rolls.
- Cut each rolls in 3 to 4 pieces.
- Fry into hot oil until brown and crispy.
- Serve it hot with green chatni and tomato Ketchup.
