Healthy smoothie

Serves 4 people

A healthy start is what every 1 needs. An a smoothie is always welcomed.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cup frozen strawberry
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup guava (skin & seeds removed)
  • 1 cup low curd
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 4 tbsp pure honey
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk(if u like ur smoothie more liquidy add more milk 2 bring it 2 ur consistency).
Topping (for each serving):
  • 1 scoop low fat ice cream (opt)
  • 2-3 leaves fresh mint

Directions

  1. In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
  2. Blend into a smooth drink.
  3. Chill for 1/2 an hour then pour in individual glasses or in a jug and serve chilled.
  4. Just before serving top each glass with ice cream & mint leaves.
