Ingredients
- 2 cup frozen strawberry
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup guava (skin & seeds removed)
- 1 cup low curd
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 4 tbsp pure honey
- 1/2 cup low fat milk(if u like ur smoothie more liquidy add more milk 2 bring it 2 ur consistency).
Topping (for each serving):
- 1 scoop low fat ice cream (opt)
- 2-3 leaves fresh mint
Directions
- In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
- Blend into a smooth drink.
- Chill for 1/2 an hour then pour in individual glasses or in a jug and serve chilled.
- Just before serving top each glass with ice cream & mint leaves.
